Management Office

The Management Office – DA in its acronym in Portuguese – is responsible for supporting the fulfillment of CADE’s institutional mission. Its main tasks are:

  • To execute CADE’s President decisions regarding the management of the authority
  • To plan, coordinate and supervise the execution of activities related with the federal planning and budget systems, the organization and administrative modernization, accounting and financial management, information and informatics resource management and general services
  • To develop budget, financial and accounting execution activities
  • To take account of expenditure officers and other employees responsible for public goods and values. Furthermore, the DA is responsible for taking account of anybody that causes loss or other irregularity resulting in damages to the public treasure
  • To supervise the online system for proceedings management

Structure

  • The Management Office is composed by the following units:

    • Human Resources Unit
    • Proceedings Management Unit
    • Information Technology Unit
    • Budget, Finance and Logistics Unit
