CADE’s Ombudsman seeks to encourage citizen’s participation in the inspection and planning of public services.

It is the responsibility of the Ombudsman to receive critics, complaints, compliments and suggestions on inappropriate or irregular practices, errors, omissions and abuses, and to evaluate the provenience of the allegations and forward them to the competent authorities, including CADE’s Ethics Commission.

The service is provided through a form available in the Electronic Information System – SEI.
