By the agreement, the construction company Construções e Comércio Camargo Corrêa S/A – CCCC and the two former employees, Dalton dos Santos Avancini and Eduardo Hermelino Leite must collect pecuniary contribution of more than BRL 104 million, the highest one ever established under a TCC signed with CADE.
